Unfortunately, the possibilities for repairs are dwindling, fewer and fewer specialist workshops still have access to the necessary know-how and the important measurement technology.
We have from decades of workshop experience (still) the devices from the analogue "old" days and also the mechanics to be able to continue testing and repairing cameras. We produce some replacement parts ourselves and manufacture custom-fit Camera Leather Covers with laser cut.
The challenges are increasing and we need support, in order - also through our business model - to sustainably preserve and promote analog photography and thus enable more people to successfully start film photography.
We are looking for Camera technicians who support us in the workshop, access to analogue measurement technology (e.g. through workshop closures ), spare parts, documentation
... and we look for the analog "treasures" in drawers, in showcases attics. To buy photos - or gladly as a donation and gift.
For example, many defective pieces no longer have any intrinsic value, they are simply unusable. But if you have several such handicraft items at your disposal, the sum of them may open up new possibilities. A beautifully preserved camera housing with irreparable technology can have a "new" inner workings or parts from another camera and thus become a functioning piece of jewelry again.
